I am not a huge fan of evernote or any other cloud based storage services that let’s you quickly and effortlessly store your entire life on some third party server. I don’t think it’s a smart long term strategy — especially considering the fact that you have ZERO control over what happens to your data (..or the company) in the future. I simply don’t use them.
I wanted a very simple self-hosted solution for maintaining TO-DO lists and most importantly, organizing a reading list.
